- 1 ají morrón amarillo

- Sazonar la carne del pollo con el jugo de limón, 1 ajo machucado, sal. Mezclar bien y marinar por 1 hora.
- Luego que ya pase la hora cocinamos el pollo hasta que esté listo a fuego medio. Guardamos.
- Cocinar la carne de la chuleta, res, y longaniza con dos cucharadas de aceite a fuego alto y tapar. Verificar y mover hasta que doren. Luego apagar el fuego y dejarla reposar.
- En una olla hervir con un poco de sal la yuca. En otra olla hervir la auyama. Cuando la auyama esté lista verterla en la licuadora con un poco del agua que hervimos y batir hasta que este cremosa. Guardamos la mezcla
- En una sartén colocamos un poco de aceite y echamos los vegetales: ají morrón, ají cubanela, cilantro, 1 diente de ajo, un poco de orégano, un poco de sal y cebolla. Cuando ya estén cocinados (la cebolla se vea medio transparente) los colocamos en la licuadora junto a un trozo pequeño de yuca y un trozo pequeño de plátano hervido. Y batimos
- En un caldero grande Añadir agua: Bajar el fuego a medio y verter ½ galón [2.5 lt] de agua y los plátanos. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que los plátanos y la yautia estén listos.
- Luego agregamos al caldero de los plátanos, la mezcla de la auyama, la mezcla de los vegetales, el maíz ya hervido, la yuca ya hervida, y las carnes con todo y su jugo y dejamos hervir por 15 min.
- Probamos si necesita más sal, agregar, cuando esté bien de sabor lo dejamos hervir por 15 min más y listo.
