  3. Se mezcla en un poco de agua aparte la maicena.. Y se agrega a la mezcla sin dejar de mezclar. Se lleva al fuego medio por unos 30 minutos sin DEJAR DE MOVER.. Porque se pega o se ahuma.
  4. Luego se sigue mezclando muy bien hasta que no queden grumos como en la foto anterior.. y se retira del fuego, cuando queda como un atol muy cremoso. Y se engrasan con numar los pyrex.. Y divides la mezcla. La llevas al horno por 20 minutos más.. Solo A DORAR POR ENCIMA.
  5. Mi horno es muy rápido.. si el suyo es igual estén revisando.. Y si están listos antes los sacas.
  6. Resultado final.. se dejan enfriar.. Y listo... Para comer con un rico cafecito.
