  1. Pongo el corte en un recipiente y agrego los ingredientes del adobo
  2. Ideal que la carne tenga cortes para que la salsa del adobo entre en el corte, también puedes inyectarla
  3. En un sartén pongo 2 cdas de aceite de oliva, a fuego lento pongo el corte, este paso es súper importante para sellar el corte, le voy dando vuelta a cada uno de sus lados para que quede bien sellado
  4. No tirará salsa del adobe esto es lo que muestra que solamente estamos sellando el corte
  5. Por aparte pelo y corto en rodajas el camote
  6. Todo listo para ponerlo en mi olla de presión junto con el camote y la salsa, agrego dos tazas de agua y la cocino a presión durante 1 hora
  7. Para la salsa tomo el resultante del adobe, agrego el consomé de costilla, 1/4 de sopa de cola de res y lo cocino a fuego lento hasta que espese, opcionalmente puedes agregar los hongos, en mi caso no lo hago pues mis hijos no comen hongos 😅
  8. Todo listo para disfrutar de mi mano de piedra!
