- Añadimos el azúcar, yo pongo la cantidad de cucharaditas que pondría por taza, es a gusto. Mezclamos bien y cuando la leche ya está por hervir volcamos un chorrito en el bol e integramos bien hasta que no queden grumos.
- Agregamos la mezcla de cacao al hervidor y removemos con cuchara de madera hasta integrar. Cuando hierve apagamos, añadimos la vainilla y dejamos reposar unos minutos hasta templar.
- Tip: las tazas que uso son de 300 ml pero no las lleno hasta arriba para medir la leche, ya que al agregar la mezcla al hervidor aumentará la cantidad.
