- En forma paralela al asado de las batatas y el ajo, ponen a hervir las papas, peladas y cortadas en trozos para acelerar el proceso de cocción. Esto toma aproximadamente 15 minutos.
- Unen el puré de batatas, la pulpa de ajo y las papas cocidas y las machacan rústicamente.
- Aliñar con aceite de oliva (igual sirve el aceite normal, o también puede ser mantequilla), sal y ralladura de Nuez moscada.
